All orders are processed and shipped from our secure warehouse. We take ultimate care in packaging and transit tracking to ensure your research materials arrive in perfect condition.

- Order Processing: Orders are verified, packed, and handed to our shipping carrier within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the country of destination.
- Express Shipping: Expedited transit is available for selected destinations, delivering within 2–4 business days.

Shipping Rates and Tracking

All shipments are fully tracked and insured. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking carrier, tracking number, and active link as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Standard shipping fees apply unless qualified for promotional free shipping threshold during checkout.

Customs and Impossibility of Delivery

Researchers must be fully acquainted with local laws regarding the import of research peptides. In cases where delivery is impossible due to address failure, refusal of delivery, or customs hold-up:
- The customer bears responsibility for the return transit fees.
- Refund of the order value will be processed (minus original and return shipping costs) within 3 business days of the parcel's safe return to our warehouse, provided the product integrity is unaffected.

2. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the highly sensitive scientific nature of research peptides, strict safety and quality standards are enforced across all logistics.

⚠️ CRITICAL RETURN CONDITION

We strictly DO NOT accept returns or package exchanges under any circumstances if the item has been opened, unsealed, or had its original packaging security seals broken. Once a research compound's packaging is compromised, it cannot be verified for purity and safety, and will be immediately rejected and disposed of.

Claims for Damaged or Defective Goods

If your parcel arrives with physical transport damage or missing items, you must file a claim with our support team within 2 business days of delivery:
- Please take photographic evidence of the damaged parcel box and uncompromised contents.
- Email details along with your order ID directly to [email protected] or via the website support portal.
- Verified claims for logistics failures will be immediately resolved through free replacement shipments.

Return Procedure

Customers must contact our support office before attempting any return. Any packages sent back without pre-authorization or returned with opened seals will be rejected at the customer's expense.
